Didactics
Experience-based learning (EOL) is a didactic focus of 8PLUS for conveying the planned learning content. EOL can be used to promote the active participation of participants and their responsibility for the learning process, strengthen the link between theory and practice in your course and facilitate the understanding of complex interrelationships.
Methodology
Together with the client, we determine what is to be communicated, for what purpose and why.
At the same time, we look for the right fit for the intended event, with which we can lead the participants to achieve the predetermined goals.

Gamification & EOL
Gamification and experiential learning methods (EOL) are used very successfully by us to strengthen team spirit. Here, playful elements and learning objects are brought into non-game contexts in order to achieve a change in behavior and increase motivation.
