How we work
As part of our assessment parts, the personal skills of external and internal applicants are analyzed as part of a practical course and documented for our clients. The soft skills we analyze can be divided into three main types and characteristics, depending on the definition:
1. Methodological Soft Skills
Methodological skills help to solve tasks and problems or to acquire the necessary methods and skills. They are an essential prerequisite for acquiring specialist skills.

2. Social Soft Skills
Social skills have a significant influence on how positively and likeably someone is perceived and how harmonious a relationship or cooperation is perceived.

3. Personal Soft Skills
Personal soft skills include interdisciplinary skills that relate to the individual. They are most closely linked to character and describe, for example, how well we know ourselves or how clear we are about our own goals.

All these soft skills are included in the overall analysis of 8 PLUS

We offer our participants and customers in selected certified training and further education events
in addition to a certificate of attendance and the successful acquisition of social points.
